Bartow County Political Offices: Question and Answer Forum

A few months back, I promised that I would open a forum to allow interested parties the opportunity to post questions to the candidates.  At the time, I was intending to cover the Sheriff's race because of my background in law enforcement.  Subsequent events made my intended "unbiased" approach to this an impossibility, at least from a journalistic standpoint.  So, here's what I have now done.  Here on Patch.com, I will take all questions to any candidate and forward them to that candidate.  They may answer if they choose.  This will of course include the Sheriff's race. 

On Saturday, May 19th, 2012, I will host a live on air forum for those who wish to call in and ask questions or make comments to the candidates. 

This will be on Bartow's Saturday Morning LIVE on Newstalk1270 AM, WYXC.  Calling in is easy and encouraged. 770-382-1270.

Please be aware that blocked numbers will not be considered for those that we will put on the air. There are no forbidden topics as long as they deal with genuine issues that should or may concern the voters of Bartow Co. The program will run from 8-10AM.  You may listen anywhere in the world on stream or your smartphones.

Mark your calendars. Saturday, May 19th. It should be interesting and informative. It will be lively.
