- Bartow County School System's website won a gold-level state award recently. This month, the website is featuring new administrators. Next month, it will be spotlighting standout student athletes. (Bartow County School Systems via Twitter)
- Robert Edward Dillen, 70, was arrested Tuesday and charged with terroristic threats and acts, false imprisonment, five counts of child molestation, two counts of enticing a child for indecent purposes, rape strong arm and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. A first bond hearing was held Thursday morning, where bond was denied. The case will next go to Bartow Superior Court. (wbhfradio.org)
