Cartersville, Bartow Citizens Can Vote on Saturday

Residents will be able to cast their ballots on Saturday at the county's main elections office in Cartersville.

Cartersville and other Bartow County residents who haven’t had the time to vote during the week can accomplish that task on Saturday.

The Bartow County Elections and Voter Registration Office on Saturday will allow residents to swing by its main office and vote early. Residents can stop by between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Oct. 25 at the office, located at 1300 Joe Frank Harris Parkway, to vote.

Advanced voting will continue in Cartersville and Bartow County.

Along with the main elections office, advanced voting will expand to the Cartersville Civic Center and Adairsville Historic Rail Depot from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 27 through Friday, Oct. 31.

No voting will take place on Nov. 3 and all county precincts will open on Tuesday, Nov. 4 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for the general election. The runoff date for state and local general election is set for Dec. 2 while any federal runoff election would be held on Jan. 6, 2015.
