Cartersville Farmers Market Begins May 2
The 2018 season kicks off at 4 p.m. Wednesday, May 2 in the Founder's Oak parking lot.

CARTERSVILLE, GA — Organizers behind the Cartersville Farmers Market are preparing to open the 2018 season in less than a month. The annual market will begin Wednesday, May 2 and run through the end of October.
The market will set up shop in the Founder's Oak parking lot, which is across from Cartersville City Hall and next to the railroad tracks. Season hours and dates are 7 a.m. to noon Saturdays and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesdays.
Along with finding great produce, fresh flowers, baked good and handmade crafts, the market allows you to catch up with old friends and make new connections.

Vendors interested in participating may sell locally produced produce, fresh cut flowers, organic produce, baked goods, canned goods, jellies, herbs, flowers and craft items. All farmers and vendors interested in selling their produced items should complete an application to receive a vendor permit. The 2018 season permit fee is $30.

Paperwork and payment must be received a minimum of two days prior to the Farmer’s Market event you plan to vend. All necessary licenses are required to obtain a permit. Be sure to visit the Cartersville Downtown Development Authority's website to download the 2018 Farmers Market vendor application.
