Cartersville Medical Center To Host Nurse Residency Program Mixer
Nursing graduates will have an opportunity to learn more about the HCA Nurse Residency Program.

From CMC: New nursing graduates and those expecting to graduate in December or May will have an opportunity to learn more about the HCA Nurse Residency Program and how to apply for the next residency cohort at a mixer event on Tuesday, December 11, from 4 until 7 p.m. at the City Cellar Loft in Cartersville.
The full-time, entry-level nurse residency leverages the expertise of Cartersville Medical Center’s nurses, who support the nurse residents as they transition from being a student to professional nurse. During the 12-month program, nurse residents complete a comprehensive curriculum that includes on-site immersion, mentoring and coaching, classroom and simulation learning, networking, career progression pathway planning and a collaborative evidence-based practice project.
Nurse resident positions at Cartersville Medical Center are currently available in units including critical care, emergency, medical-surgical and progressive care.
