Cartersville Medical Center Offers Complimentary Valet Parking Service

CARTERSVILLE, GA -- Patients and visitors at Cartersville Medical Center now have a convenient parking option while they are utilizing the facility.

The hospital recently partnered with Premier Parking to offer a higher level of customer service and superior parking management.

Available Monday through Friday at the main entrance from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and the outpatient entrance from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Premier Parking’s professionally trained and uniformed staff are ready to serve with a “customer first” attitude, the hospital said.

A text-ahead feature also allows patients and visitors utilizing the service to alert Premier valets in advance of their departure from the facility, enabling the valet to begin the vehicle retrieval process and reducing patients’ wait time.

“We look forward to the positive impact this complimentary service will bring to our patients and visitors,” said Lori Rakes, chief operating officer at Cartersville Medical Center.
