Casino Night Fundraiser Helps Save Homeless Pets

Cartersville, GA -- The Etowah Valley Humane Society next month will host its Casino Night Fundraiser.

This perfect Valentine’s Day outing for couples and singles alike will be held Saturday, Feb. 13. You can ditch those cliche dinner plans and come join fellow animal lovers for a fun-filled night of Vegas-style casino gaming, food, music and a silent auction.

Dress in your best Vegas-chic and come place your bets for homeless pets!

This year’s event will be held 8 p.m. to midnight at America’s Auto Auction, located at 444 Joe Frank Harris Parkway in Cartersville.

General admission tickets are $60 while VIP tickets are $75. All proceeds will benefit the Society’s mission of saving the lives of homeless animals. Tickets can be ordered online at BetOnHomelessPets.com, at the shelter, or from any EVHS board member.

The Etowah Valley Humane Society, a nonprofit organization, began in 1994 as an adoption outlet for Bartow County Animal Control. In October 2006, EVHS opened the doors of the new shelter located on Ladds Mountain Road in Cartersville.
