Council to Eye Help for North Towne Residents

As part of its Urban Redevelopment plan, the city of Cartersville is set to eye an application for a Community Development Block Grant that would provide deferred-payment or forgivable loans to single-family, income-qualified homeowners in need of home repairs that address health and safety concerns.

Homeowners would be required to contribute toward the costs.

The council has a number of other items on the agenda, including developments on the city's trails.
