Once the purchase is complete, Bartow County Administrator Peter Olson told the Tribune that the county will have about $2.7 million out of $3.3 million in SPLOST proceeds left for the project.
The facility is slated to include offices for the Fire Department, EMS, the Fire Marshal and Bartow County Emergency Management Agency.
