Cowboy Santa, Izo Set for Booth Visit

Get your tickets this afternoon for 's , which this year welcomes a special guest—Izo the traveling snowman.

Mascot for Georgia's official holiday campaign, Izo, "a snowman from up north who has traveled to Georgia in search of a more temperate climate and authentic holiday experiences," will dine with Cowboy Santa.

In addition to a meal in the Booth's holiday-adorned ballroom, children, who pose for photos with Santa, and families may in the Booth's store with a 10 percent discount. For full details about the event, see the .

Izo is set also to pose for photographs from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. The snowman is visiting holiday events, festivals, destinations and more across the state and sharing his whereabouts and experiences via www.facebook.com/exploregeorgia and www.twitter.com/exploregeorgia.

"Izo Explores Georgia” is an opportunity for the state’s tourism assets to promote holiday special offers, festivals and events via the state’s social media channels and website.
