Elderly Woman Reported Missing Dies In Alabama Crash: Reports
The Adairsville woman was behind the wheel of a vehicle when it went through an intersection and crashed into parked cars.

CENTRE, AL -- A 75-year-old Adairsville woman reported missing Saturday was killed in an accident in Cherokee County, Alabama, according to reports.
Mary Helen Johnson was fatally wounded in the collision around 6 p.m. Aug. 19 at an auto shop in Centre, Alabama, Al.com reports.

She was transported to an area hospital where she was pronounced dead, the media outlet adds.

Radio station WEIS reports the Cherokee County coroner determined Johnson most likely suffered from a medical episode moments before the accident. The collision remains under investigation, the station added.
