Basic rules:
- Own legitamate Pokemon Black or White.
- Own working and fully charged Nintendo DS or 3DS. (Please bring charger)
- All Pokemon modified by Action Replay or a R4 are forbidden.
- Battles are 2 Vs 2 using 6 pokeon each.
- IR Battle rules apply.
- Forbidden Pokemon:
- 000 Victini
- 149 Reshiram
- 150 Zekrom
- 152 Kyurem
- Any future releases beyond #152.
- All kanto, Johto, Hoenn, and Sinnoh Pokemon.
- Forbidden Move: Sky Drop
