EVHS Pet of the Week: It's Blueberry Season!

Volunteers are always welcomed with open arms. Come by and sign up to be an adoption volunteer, a van driver, a kitty cuddler or a doggy walker.

Blueberry is a calm and collected nine month old Australian Cattle Dog. These dogs are common in rural and farming areas, since they make such great family pets, while also being good around horses and cattle.

Blueberry has been tested negative for heartworms, has been spayed, has her shots and also has a microchip which would be registered to her new owner. She'd be a terrific family dog as she's big enough to play with the kids, but not too little to worry about her getting stepped on during horseplay.

Drop by the Etowah Valley Humane Society during adoption days between Wednesdays through Sundays from eleven to five p.m. to meet Blueberry and her kitty and doggy friends that are up for adoption.

Adoption applications can be found here www.etowahvalleyhumane.org and fees for dogs are $175 and cats are $125.

Etowah Valley Humane Society is located at 36 Ladds Mountain Road, Cartersville. Volunteers are always welcomed with open arms. Come by and sign up to be an adoption volunteer, a van driver, a kitty cuddler or a doggy walker.
