How, Where To Register For The 2019-2020 Bartow School Year

The Bartow County 2019-2020 summer registration will take place in July. An open house will be held in August.

BARTOW COUNTY, GA -- The Bartow County 2019-2020 summer registration will take place July 16 through July 18, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and July 22 through August 2, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Bartow County School System Central Registration Office is located at 86 Registration Drive, Cartersville. For GPS purposes, use: 1653 Cassville Road NW, Cartersville.

An open house will be held Monday, August 5. Due to the high volume of enrollments during the summer registration, there may be at least a 48-hour enrollment processing time. Failure to complete registration prior to August 2, may result in your student not being eligible to attend the open house.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR STUDENT REGISTRATION

1. Birth Certificate or Passport

2. Social Security Card or Objection to Use Waiver

3. Two Printed Proofs of Residency. Acceptable documents are: Home Ownership paperwork Current Lease/Rental Agreement and/or Any Current Utility Bill Current Income Statement or Pay Stub.

If you are living with someone else, you must submit a Notarized Affidavit of Residency, plus two printed proofs of residency in that person’s name. For your convenience, complementary Notary services are available at Central Registration.

4. Certificate of Immunization – Form 3231 or Appointment Card. Obtained from family
physician or local health department. Certificate required within 30 days.

5. Certificate of Hearing, Vision, Dental and Nutrition – Form 3300 or Appointment Card.
Obtained from family physician or local health department. Certificate required within
30 days.

6. Parent or Legal Guardian Driver’s License or other Government Issued Identification. If
you are not the parent, you may be required to provide legal custody or guardianship
paperwork.

7. Previous School Records and/or Special Education Records, if applicable.
