The Bartow County Environmental Health Department conducted food service inspections Sept. 16-23 at the following establishments:

• Observed dirty pans of dishes being stored on top of clean dishes potentially contaminating the dishes below...Corrected On-Site.
• Observed several food items being stored in coolers and the walk in that were past the discard date written on them... These foods were discarded.
• As noted on previous inspection, Mellow Yellow and Fanta out of date August 28.
• Observed several pints of milk that were past their expiration date... These were discarded during the inspection.

• Observed wiping cloths sitting out on the prep counter and not in use. Discussed with the PIC about the need to store the sanitizing cloths in sanitizer when not in use... Corrected On-Site.
