• Observed equipment and utensils not properly air-dried. Pic was notified and who then advised employees to turn dishes sideways to allow pans to air dry before stacking them. Corrected On-Site.
• Observed equipment and utensils not washed, rinsed and sanitized in the correct order in three-compartment sink. PIC was notified and advised employees on the correct way to wash the dishes. Corrected On-Site.
