- Slicer observed in back room not clean. Discussed with owner about cleaning frequencies.
- Cooked meats or poultry not held at 135 degrees Fahrenheit or above. Discussed with PIC about warmer drawer and holding burgers at proper temperature.
- Several coolers being observed with doors being held closed with straps and sticks. Discussed with owner about coming up with a plan to replace all damaged equipment.
- Remarks: discussed with owner about all violations, especially the ones that were repeats. The floors and walls that needed repair, were repaired as suggested, and more repairs in the processes of being done. It should be noted that the facility has had much improvement since last inspection.
