• Observed employee improperly washing hands. PIC was notified of the issue and explained that the reason, the employee washed and dried hands incorrectly was due to the scarcity of paper towels.
• Observed no soap or paper towels located at handwashing sink. PIC was notified of the issue and voiced that more paper towels were being delivered with next food shipment.
• Quaternary ammonium sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for manual ware washing. CA: PIC was notified and made a new batch with proper concentration.
