The Bartow County Environmental Health Department conducted food service inspections June 15-22 at the following establishments:

• Observed worker seen handling ready to eat (grilled sandwich) with bare hands when glove or utensil use is required. CA: Discussed with PIC about the need to wear gloves when handling ready to eat food, and sandwich was discarded.
• Observed food debris on dishes and soiled ice bin. CA: Discussed with PIC the need for cleaning frequencies.
• Observed wet stacking of multiple utensils. CA: PIC was notified of the issue, and advised employees to stagger utensils to air dry them.
• Observed soiled reach-in cooler gaskets. PIC Was notified of the issue and voiced that it would be corrected.
