• Observed soil buildup inside ice bin. CA: PIC was notified and said that it would be cleaned during slower traffic.
• Observed No consistent date marking procedure. CA: Notified PIC about properly date items and being more consistent with procedures. Corrected On-Site.
• Observed No hand washing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. CA: Discussed with PIC about providing hand washing sign for sink
• Observed personal item(cell phone) in kitchen area. CA: PIC was notified and said it would be removed.
