• Observed potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit for more than 24 hours. Cooked chicken was observed at 48 degrees Fahrenheit and beans at 56 degrees Fahrenheit. PIC was notified of the issue and discarded food immediately.
• Observed sanitizing bucket equipment stored on floor. PIC was notified and cleaned the bucket and placed off the floor. PIC was notified and corrected on-site.
