• Observed potentially hazardous food not held at 135 degrees Fahrenheit or above. CA: Informed PIC that facility is not permitted to hold hot food, told to discard.
• Observed no consistent date marking procedure. CA: Informed PIC that food intended to be kept more than 24 hours must be date marked.
• Tamales and corn were not at the proper hot holding temps of 135 degrees Fahrenheit. PIC was told to discard.
• This was a follow-up inspection to the restaurant's previous score of 79, or C.

• Observed chemical solution bottles stored next to plates and ready to eat food. CA: Informed PIC that chemicals should be stored in a separate location.
• Stir straws stored in cup without protection. CA: Must be protected (Like in shaker bottle).
