  1. In its eighth year, Imagine, the electronic-dance-music festival is now calling Kingston Downs home. Madeleine Goodhand, co-founder of the festival with her husband Glenn, is expecting Imagine to draw 30,000 festival-goers each day from Sept. 15 to 18. (Subscription: The Daily Tribune)
  2. At a Bartow County public meeting on Aug. 24, Commissioner Steve Taylor gave his approval to a contract bid to relocate utility lines along Old Alabama Road. The agreement with Tippins Construction comes in at almost $4.6 million, the lowest bid. (Subscription: The Daily Tribune)
