• Observed food debris on clean utensils. Corrective action: wash utensils again, check dishes before storing.
• Observed pans with heavily baked on grease/food debris. Corrective action: have pans cleaned or discard.
• Observed tea nozzle debris build up. Corrective action: soak and wash nozzle daily.
• Observed spinach and peppers stored past date mark. Corrective action: discard food
• Observed employee wipe nose with gloved hand then continue to work with food. Corrective action: discussed with manager about when and why to wash.
