• Observed potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit in front reach in.
• Cold prep unit not working properly, holding potentially hazardous foods at 48-52 F.
• As noted on previous inspection, Observed food not being dated marked when held longer than 24 hours. Date with date made or date to discard.
• Observed ambient air thermometer not properly working in cold holding units.
• Observed employee with no hair restraint preparing food in kitchen area.
• As noted on previous inspection, Observed wiping cloths stored out of sanitizing solution when not in use.
• Observed dumpster overflowing garbage with all lids and doors open.
• A follow-up inspection is scheduled for Friday, Aug. 28.
