Tacos Locos was cited for the following observations during its Oct. 30 food inspection:
- Observed paper towels missing at hand sink;
- Observed raw beef, shrimp, eggs and chicken stored above ready to eat foods; went over proper separation with person in charge;
- Observed several containers not labeled with food products; went over labeling procedure with person in charge;
- Observed raw beef and chicken not being thawed correctly; no running water over food items; went over proper thawing with person in charge; and
- Observed tea container stored in ice being used for consumption; tea container removed.
