• Observed buildup of slime in the interior of ice machine. Corrective action: told staff to clean.
• Prepared food not marked with date of preparation or date for disposal.
• Observed food being cooled by non-approved method (chicken sealed in plastic container). Corrective action:recommended other cooling methods to staff.
• Silverware in public access observed not properly stored to protect from contamination. Corrective action: discussed with manager.
• Area in front observed with bare wood; must be painted or sealed.
• Several lightbulbs not shielded.
