  • Observed potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. COS by PIC, food discarded by PIC.
  • Grill cold holding unit procedure to be corrected. Air temperature was at 50 Fahrenheit
  • As noted on previous inspection, observed wet sanitizing cloth outside of sanitization solution bucket. CA: Discussed with PIC about proper storage of wet sanitization cloths when not in use.
  • As noted on previous inspection, observed exterior of self-serve drink machine dirty with grime build-up around ice chute.
  • As noted on previous inspection, observed leaking hand sink in back of facility.
  • As noted on previous inspections, observed employee items and drinks not being stored in designated locations. CA: Items removed and placed in proper location.

  • Observed equipment and utensils being wet stacked and not properly air dried. CA: Discussed with PIC about properly air drying procedures before stacking.
  • Observed gasket not properly sealing on left server cooler bottom door. CA: Discussed with PIC to not use unit until repaired.
  • Observed gaskets dirty with build up. CA: Discussed with PIC clean gaskets regularly to prevent build up.
