  1. The Georgia Film Industry and the Make-A-Wish Foundation made a Cartersville teen's dream of becoming a moviemaker come true. Zach Breder has a rare heart defect, hypoplastic right heart syndrome. Breder graduated this past year from Cartersville High School and will attend Georgia State University this fall to study film.
