Cartersville, GA -- An 18-year-old man has been transported to an area hospital following a one-vehicle accident Friday morning.

Crews with the Bartow County Emergency Medical Services responded to the rollover crash along Cass-White Road near Watkins Farm.
Upon arrival, crews found one patient ”complaining of back pain with no feeling or movement from the chest down,” said Bartow EMS spokesperson Brad Cothran.
