CARTERSVILLE, GA -- A motorist suffered second-degree burns Tuesday evening in a vehicle fire in Bartow County.Crews with Bartow County Emergency Medical Services responded to the incident around 6:04 p.m. Sept. 27 on Red Top Mountain Road.The victim was found to have obtained second degree burns to his right arm, shoulder and left leg stemming from the fire, said Bartow EMS spokesperson Brad Cothran. Bartow EMS crews transported the man to WellStar Cobb Hospital's Burn Unit for treatment.---Image via Shutterstock

Crews with Bartow County Emergency Medical Services responded to the incident around 6:04 p.m. Sept. 27 on Red Top Mountain Road.The victim was found to have obtained second degree burns to his right arm, shoulder and left leg stemming from the fire, said Bartow EMS spokesperson Brad Cothran.

Bartow EMS crews transported the man to WellStar Cobb Hospital's Burn Unit for treatment.---
