Man Injured In Dirt Bike Accident In Bartow County
The 31-year-old man was doing a wheelie when the dirt bike left the roadway and crashed into several mailboxes.

WHITE, GA — A 31-year-old Bartow County man was airlifted to Grady Memorial Hospital early Sunday evening after crashing into several mailboxes while performing a trick on a dirt bike.
The Georgia State Patrol was dispatched to the collision on Pine Ridge Lane around 6:51 p.m. April 1. A Honda dirt bike was traveling northbound on Pine Ridge Lane and "while performing a wheelie," the bike left the road and hit multiple mailboxes, a spokesperson with the agency said.
The operator, identified as 31-year-old Michael David Dobbs of White, was airlifted to the Atlanta hospital, the state agency added.

Dobbs is charged with reckless driving, driving under the influence, operating a vehicle with a suspended license, no insurance, no tag, helmet violation and failure to maintain lane, GSP states.
