Michael Lee Floyd, age 38, of Emerson, Georgia, passed away November 13, 2015 in Atlanta, Georgia.

Michael was born March 19, 1977 in Bartow County, Georgia, son of Marie Taylor Floyd and the late Michael Floyd.

Survivors include his children, Cameron Floyd, Allura Floyd, Dakken Floyd and Domanick Floyd; his mother, Marie Bearden; his grandmother, Gloria Pattillo; brothers & sisters, Donald & Sabrina Floyd, Stacy Floyd, Jamie Bearden; aunts & uncles, Charlotte & Kenneth Brown, Judy Brough; a number of nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20 in the Owen Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Emerson Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Owen Funeral Home.

Pallbearers include Donald Floyd, Cameron Floyd, Tyler Davenport, Kenneth Satterfield, Rob Barton, Tim Geddings, Chris Robertson, Dustin Dysart, Courtney Taylor, Jason Stroup.
