New Voting Wards Approved by Feds

The Justice Department approved the 's new voting ward/district map as a result of the 2010 Census. 

Officials say the majority of wards have minor changes. As a result, new voter registration cards will be mailed out to all registered voters over the next few weeks. 

In addition to checking the assigned ward, voters should check the voting location on their cards. Those with ward changes may have a voting location change.
