NWGa Daylily Society meeting Sat. July 23, 10 a.m., Stiles Auditorium

The Northwest Georgia Daylily Society will meet on Saturday, July 23, at 10:00 a.m. in the Stiles Auditorium at 320 West Cherokee Ave. in Cartersville. Speaker will be Dr. Scott Elliott, who is one of the leading hybridizers of daylilies in the world, with many of his introductions winning national awards. He will bring some of his daylilies to be auctioned. Everyone is invited to attend the meeting. Bring a treat to share in our Ice Cream Social. Visitors and new members will receive a free daylily. Inexpensive plants are for sale at the Bargain Table.
