OBITUARY for Mr. Fred Peterson, of Fairmont, GA.

Mr. Fred E. Peterson, age 63, of Fairmount, GA, died Wednesday, November 20, 2013.  He was born in Greenville, TN and spent the last 30 years in Fairmount.  Mr. Peterson loved gardening, woodworking and was a talented welder.  He worked digging trenches and laying cable for the past 5 yrs for Rayco Industries.   He is survived by his wife, Wanda Ray, of Fairmount, daughter Samantha Farmer, of Andrews, NC, son Kris Peterson, of Andrews, NC and daughter Donna Cooper, of Fairmount, GA.  He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews. 

A memorial service will be held at the family residence on Saturday, November 23, 2:30 PM, with Pastor James Gravitte, of The Bible Way Baptist Church, Cartersville, GA.
