Mrs. Nancy Freer, age 77, of Rome, GA, formerly of Cedar Bluff, AL, died Thursday, August 22, 2013. She is survived by her son and daughter in law, Gary & Terry Smith, Grandsons, Wil & Ali Smith, and Logan Smith & fiancé Chrisy Hobgood, all of Cedar Bluff, AL.
