One Dead In Multi-Vehicle Wreck Involving Tractor Trailer

One motorist died Thursday morning in a multiple vehicle wreck along Intestate 75 in Bartow County.

A passenger car was traveling northbound on the interstate near mile marker 293 when it lost control, crossed the interstate, began to roll and was hit by a tractor trailer, said Bartow County Emergency Medical Services spokesperson Brad Cothran.

Crews confirmed at least one person -- the male driver of the car -- died at the scene.
