• Observed chicken on the warmer rack holding at 78F.
• Observed potentially hazardous foods stored in the walk in cooler that were not properly labeled with a seven day discard.
• Observed raw fish sitting directly in the sink without running water and being left to thaw.
• Thermometers were not found in the walk in cooler.
• Observed raw chicken being prepped in the three compartment sink that was visibly dirty and needed to be cleaned and sanitized.
