Here are the top three stories in Cartersville today:

1. The Bartow County Planning Commission will vote in October on a zoning ordinance text amendment request from applicant The Aubrey Corp., presented by realtor Jim Ramseur. The presented request calls for the creation of a "planned green space development district" which the applicant claims would "incentivize conservation of substantial green space through planned development." 2. The movie, "Miller's Girl," will be filming from Monday, September 12 to Wednesday, September 14 (weather dependent) in Dellinger Park. Please be respectful of the film crew! (Cartersville Parks and Recreation Department via Facebook)
