The subject seen on camera, described by the deputy as a black male, goes to the passenger side of the car and "leaves with something white in his right hand." The man gets back into the SUV and makes his way to the area of Domino's.

"The black male canvassed the area again on foot then returns to the suspect vehicle," according to the report. "The suspect vehicle continues to drive through the parking lot and exits near the Ingles service station heading southbound on Joe Frank Harris Parkway."

The incident report notes the man is described as being younger and having short hair. He was seen wearing a dark sweatshirt with white drawstrings and a white undershirt. While the SUV's tag was unreadable, it appeared to possibly be an out-of-state plate, vanity plate or a red temporary license plate.
