- No paper towels located at hand washing sink. PIC was notified, who then put paper towels near hand sink.
- As noted in the in the previous inspection, observed soil buildup inside ice bin. PIC was notified about cleaning frequency of the ice bin.
- Observed potentially hazardous food, salad and in house made sauce, being held greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Food was discarded, and temperature nodule was moved to lower temperature.
- Observed employees not consistent with date marking procedures. Majority of items in the walk in fridge, including bins of rice mentioned in the last inspection, were not date marked, nor did staff know the date or time items were put in the fridge. PIC was notified of the issue and discussed how to properly mark foods in storage.
- Observed grease and accumulated food particle build on and under hood, grease trap and hibachi grills. PIC was notified of the issue, and advised to clean dishes.
