• Observed bottles of sauces (garlic Parmesan, barbecue, honey chipotle) not consistent with the Papa John's discard policy if items are held at room temp. CA: Informed PIC that if items are held at room temp then they must be marked with the correct discard date/time.
• Observed back door with gap underneath. CA: In previous inspection, manager said it would be fixed. Will do a re-check within two weeks.
• Discussed and provided employee health policy/bodily fluid clean-up kit. Pizza sauce will be discarded after 8 hours, according Papa John's policy.
