- Observed location of designated employee eating, on top of wooden plates next to gas burners, causing possible cross-contamination. CA: Items were removed when prompted to.
- Observed old food stuck to clean dishware/utensils. CA: Discussed with PIC and items were rewashed.
- Observed potentially hazardous food (chicken in the walk in and salad dressing on shelf) cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried. CA: discussed with manager about air drying thoroughly before stacking.
