• As mentioned in last inspection, Observed an ice bin uncovered with no protection, while employee was sweeping floor putting it at risk for contamination. PIC was notified of issue, and then notified staff to close top door and keep closed when ice bin is not in use
• Observed multiple personal item, chargers scattered throughout food prep areas. CA: Discussed with PIC about designating areas for employee personal items.
• Observed outer openings, door, Broken and not able to be closed. CA: Discussed with PIC and was advised that the repairman would arrive to fix door.
