• Observed no copy of latest inspection report. CA: Discussed with PIC about always having most recent inspection report posted.
• Observed glass racks scattered on the floor in the dish washing area. CA: Discussed with PIC about always storing utensils and equipment 6 inches off the ground.
• Observed hand wash sink used for purpose other than washing hands. CA: Discussed with PIC about always using hand sinks for its specified use.
• Observed residue build-up on non-food contact surface, microwave handles. CA: Discussed with PIC about cleaning handles more frequently.

• Observed food-contact surfaces encrusted with grease and/or soil deposits.
• Observed food stored on floor.
• As on previous inspection: Observed excessive amounts of waste foods/splashed on foods around the wok and the equipment all around the wok cook area that needs to be cleaned.
• PIC should de-clutter kitchen, discard unused or un-needed items to create a cleaner and more organized space.
