• Person in charge lacks awareness in key areas of risk factor control or good retail practices for establishment. CA: Persons in charge, managers or CFSM must be properly trained or retrained.
• The PIC could not provide documentation or otherwise satisfactorily demonstrate during the inspection, that all food employees and conditional employees are informed of their responsibility to report to management information about their health and activities as it relates to diseases that are transmissible through food. CA: Onsite training was done, and forms were given to employees to sign.
• Establishment does not have established procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food establishment. CA: Will recheck on March 5.
• Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. CA: Cloth was placed in solution.

• Observed no copy of latest inspection report. CA: Discussed with PIC about always having latest inspection displayed and score was given to PIC.
• Personal items in food prep area.

• Observed no paper towels at hand washing sink closest to manager's office. CA: PIC placed napkins at sink.
• Observed excessive mold build-up on drink machine. CA: Employee cleaned all nozzles and wiped down drink machine.
• Observed sanitizer bucket with low concentration (10 ppm, manufacturer recommended concentration is 100 ppm). CA: Employee replaced sanitizer bucket.
• Observed no facility permit or employee servsafe posted in public view. CA: Supplied facility with permit. Verified Brandy Parker's servsafe online. She will print and hang ASAP.
