• Observed potentially hazardous food(salmon) thawed in an improper manner. CA: Discussed with PIC about issue and salmon then thawed properly. Corrected On-Site.
• Observed multiple containers not being stacked wet without allowing containers to air dry properly. CA: Discussed with PIC about issue about allowing utensils to air dry before stacking them.
