- No paper towels located at handwashing sink near grill area. CA: Paper towels were then placed at hand-sink.
- Observed potentially hazardous food (turkey, egg batter) cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. CA: Items were discarded, informed PIC that cooler must be serviced.
- Observed potentially hazardous food (cheese slices, lettuce) cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. CA: Food was still in correct time parameter, items were moved to the walk-in cooler.
- Observed potentially hazardous food (shelled eggs) cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. CA: Eggs were still in correct time parameter, ice was placed in container.

- Observed build-up of old food debris inside warmer compartment above prep station. CA: Notified PIC to clean area before food is put in.
- Observed grease build-up on side of fryer station. CA: Notified PIC that cleaning is needed.
- Observed old food accumulated under soda syrup cases/dry storage area. CA: Informed PIC that area should be checked/cleaned frequently since food can fall from grill station.
- Observed build-up of food debris where food cartons are stored. CA: Informed PIC and areas where cleaned.
- Observed walk-in cooler/freezer floors that are in need of repair (as noted in a previous inspection) and cleaning. CA: Notified PIC that maintenance is needed.
- Observed employee cup located on back prep table. CA: Drink was removed.
