• Hand washing sinks located in main food prep area(blocked by blue Pitcher and hand sink near 3 compartment sink were both blocked by items. CA: Discussed with PIC about issue and items were removed. Corrected On-Site.
• Observed old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. CA: Discussed with PIC about completely removing old labels during the cleaning process of washing dishes.
• Observed live flies in kitchen. CA: Discussed with PIC about taking Pest control Measures. Corrected On-Site.

• Observed equipment and utensils not properly air-dried. CA: PIC was notified about air drying techniques.
